Never again.I purchased my Victa mower at Edroy rather than for about hundred dollars less elswhere on the premise of better service. It took days for them to do the first free service.When it wouldn't run well (due to fuel line problem) it cost $143 and five days for repair. On inspection when I returned home.... Invoice said Blades replaced! charged $12.90 but same blades, in very good condition are still on the machine! New air filter... new spark plug... I paid twice the price at his shop for just a few weeks before. The job would have taken me a couple of hours but I didn't have the time. Diaphragm etc $23 on line. He charged $42.10. $11 for workshop supplies" and $90 for labour.When I took it back with the non replaced blades he offered a refund for the blades but not for the labour for replacing them..... The $90 charge was "for a visual inspection and replace if needed" If nothing had needed replacing the $90 charge would still have applied according to the owner. It appears that the only work he did was drain the fuel and replace it

I placed my Whipper Snipper in for a service. was told it would take about 5 days to have it looked at due to back log. No problems. after 3 weeks went by still nothing. i went back into shop where i was treated terribly. i felt like i was dirt the way i was talked to as if it was my fault they had not looked at it and had forgotten it.Was told that my whipper snipper was a crap brand, the whipper snipper was missing parts and at no time throughout was there even an apology for making me wait 3 weeks with no calls.to top it off the missing parts where my fault" as they don't carry that cheap brand. they could not guarantee that the parts where even on there as they had not checked out the machine was what i was told. eventually i found the parts myself and even though the air filter cover had been broken i decided to take my unit home.......very bad service and very bad attitude towards a customer. never going back there and i hope no one else has to suffer the humiliation i received in front of other customers."

please stay away from this place. Rip off, waste of time, over charge, no morals, totally agree with other reviews old guy is horrible and not sure how this place is running.misplaced my parts and charging more than double the initial quote.This is my first experience and it will be last as well

Rude, arrogant and completely uninformative. Bought a spark plug which was incorrect. They young guy then told me to simply unscrew the top. After using pliers I realised that it was not removable and I had waisted $14 on a $9 component. Didn't bother going back as they are ZOMBIES and I am blown away to think they have been operational for so long... He must have a 'really efficient accountant. I go to Western chainsaws and mowers now and they are amazing. Highly informative

Truly horrified at my experience earlier this morning. I tried to drop off my lawn mower for a service and the older man at the counter (presumed owner) was incredibly rude. He chose to ignore my presence at the counter for over 5 minutes after seeing me and when I insisted he come to serve me he muttered audibly no wonder she has no man to do this for her". I attempted to ignore this but his quote for a simple service was over priced and the shop dirty - I have chosen to take my business elsewhere and urge anyone looking for polite service and reasonable prices to do the same. I would have given this business 0 stars if I could."

New owner at new location. Took my trimmer there today as it was running rough - I had previously bought it at old Edroy. This wasn’t a problem and new owner fixed it on the spot, free of charge. Very friendly, and great customer service.

Always very helpful here..Picked up my 20 year old mower from being serviced. I can't fault this place. I am a hard marker as well. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

I took my zero turn wheel there as it had a puncture, it took 4 weeks to get it back, $70 and they bent all the rim. communication skills 0. never again

Promised twice that my trimmer would be ready on a particular date and twice was told they had either forgotten or another reason it was not ready.On the third time when it was still not fixed, i asked for it back so I could take it somewhere more reliable. I was treated very rudely and told never to come back. Do yourself a favour and go to Western Mowers just around the corner they are friendly, helpful and professional
