I had an issue with my Macbook Pro not starting up. I took it to an Apple reseller and the diagnosis didn't sound right, and was a $1,400 estimate. So glad I called Geekmobile for a second opinion! Sagar was there within a few hours and completed a diagnostic. He had the issue resolved and repaired over the weekend and made a house call to return the computer. I had outstanding service and my computer is running better than before. Total cost: $249 and that includes new anti-virus software that Sagar taught me how to use. Thanks Geekmobile!

I was looking at getting my laptop fixed so I called up. Spoke for about 5mins to Darren and told him about the issues I was encountering. He seemed to know what the issue was - so I told him I would have to check my schedule and ring him back to set a date when they technicians could come across. I ring them back and speak to the same Darren an hour later and he doesn't remember me or what we talked about. It just seems unprofessinal to disregard all customer enquiries and note take notes. You guys lost my business because of poor customer service. It's a shame since people seemed to have said a lot of good things about you.

Geekmobile were fantastic ! I recently brought a new computer as my old computer had crashed. I contacted Geekmobile and spoke to a very helpful lady (Chris"). She organised for "Peter" to attend at 1pm the same day. "Peter" was the best. So knowledgeable and so very helpful. He set up my new computer and then also restored my old computer ! Brilliant. I now have a wonderful new computer and have my old computer as a back-up. Well done Peter and thank you so much ! Peter also took the time to answer a few questions my husband had regarding his laptop. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this company. From one very happy customer. :)"

This is the second time I have used Thomas at Geek Mobile and I have been extremely happy with his work. He is very knowledgeable at what he does.

Was told assured on the phone that my issue could be fixed, and while my computer was fixed, my data was not recovered. Took close to 48 hours to return my computer and GST was charged in addition to the price stated (website states there are no hidden fees).Technician staff are diligent and do what they can under the confines of the business but are hampered by a poorly run operation that is not customer-centric. Incredibly frustrating process.Would use another provider if I had my time over again.

Basically paid $110 for Geekmobile to tell me to take it to a computer shop, because they couldn’t test for the problem. Tried to discuss a refund very politely and received no reply. Don’t bother. Take it to a computer shop.

William was great. Fixed my computer and talked me through a couple of computer tips but also showed me the programs I had that were causing issues.
