This cafe & convenience store, I'm told, is still recovering & restocking after a kitchen fire so we faced limited options at that time. Very spacious and friendly place with a homely feel, topped off with good coffee, in a lovely small bush town.

Maccy Shop + Cafe is in Venables St opposite the hotel. This shop offers grocery, milk, papers and basic items for home needs. There is a sit down area to have a coffee and absorb the ambulance + talk of the locals.

Best veggie burger with the lot.On a sour dough bun and so so fresh.New owner Annette very friendly and helpful.Definitely stop here when you ate going on that country drive in the Adelaide Hills.

Wonderful friendly service, fantastic chips that are worth making the 'country' drive for, and a schnitzel burger to rival any of the overpriced burger joints around Adelaide. Highly recommend if you happen to find yourself nearby!

Best chicken burger I've had, easily.I got the chicken schnitzel burger with the lot (No pineapple or beetroot). It tasted like a very well done home made burger, one that you'd be proud of making. I'd honestly go here every day if it was closer.Plus the service from the lovely lady who was running the place was second to none. It's very rare to be served by genuinely kind people.Couldn't recommend more highly...Thank you! :)

Wonderful, spacious & welcoming old fashioned cafe. Plenty of tables inside & a few outside.No as struggle for parking either.Relax & unwind in the a great little town of Macclesfield.This just the spot to do so.
