My tech didn't listen to anything I asked, laughed at me when I didn't know what colour I wanted, and my nails where extremely bumpy and uneven. She didn't file my nails to an even length and did not wait for the black to dry before attempting to do a clear coat. The clear coat picked up the black nail polish and spread it across the rest of my nail. I had to go to a different store to get them redone because they where so bad. I would not recommend going here unless you know specifically a good technician who works here.

Waited 20 mins and more. We were in before some other ladies came, yet they were served before we were. This isn’t the first time I’ve come and this has happened, but multiple times. I wouldn’t recommend professionail in Carousel. The one in Riverton has lovely staff who actually pay attention to who was there before another customer.

Went in today waited 30mins for the lady and still they weren’t set up properly then a lady came to finish the rest of the nails and I said I wanted almond shape I was told no because they were too short when I’ve had them the exact same before I paid $85 for she started ripping my nails up wards which hurt and still do. yes they are cute but I’m not happy with how they treated my nails and myself also she pushed my acrylics back as is up like she was trying to take them off and it still hurts hours later

Well went today to get a pedicure and ombre acrylic nails done. Pedicure have no issues with. But my finger nails I feel like a beginner has done them. Not happy at all. Would not call this a ombre as you can clearly see the line for white and the acrylic is not even. Yes I did mention both to the technician but fell on deaf ears in the end. Was easier to walk out,write the review and now to get fixed as is going to bug me. Would not recommend at all. Plus going to cost me more. Thankyou, NOT.

All the staff were so lovely! I came in wanting full set sns with extensions, but longer than I normally do. So the lovely lady suggested I do acrylics instead because they were stronger, and she was absolutely right! Professional and friendly staff, would highly recommend!

I am extremely impressed with the customer service. Special thanks to “ Lana”who did my nails she was no nice and had so much patience even after I took a long time for selecting a colour. A big thank you to her❤️

Waited like for half an hour for waxing then another half and hour more for pedicure including shellac so what I get is a cream and and a brush scrub for $55 dollars and when asked to remove dead skin. I was told to pay $10 extra telling it’s no more included in pedicure. I’m extremely disappointed with service won’t be going back. They should definitely mention the pedicure details like they display the price. It’s just wasting time and money.

A picture says a thousand words. Sent my daughter for a pedicure and manicure, she asked twice for the cold water to be heated up in her foot spa then because she made a fuss about the water being freezing cold they did this to her nails. Do yourself a favour and look at these pictures then ask yourself... Am I stupid enough to give this business my money?

I arrived at 10:45 this morning and stated that all i wanted was a pedicure with normal polish and that some gel polish needed removing. I told them that i have another appointment at 12:15 and they said that they'd be finished by then.I wait 10 minutes for someone to start my massage thats included and then wait another 15 minutes after that for my nails to really even be started. The woman doing my nails barely filed them (to the point where i will have to redo them myself) and started painting my nails at about 11:50. It takes her 15 minutes to do one coat of polish (that she redid more than once so I just told her to remove all together as i would miss my second appointment that i had.I go to the counter where i have to pay $45 and i questioned this as i didn't even get a colour done. This means i payed $45 for a foot and half leg massage, for them to remove some gel polish (that took about 5 minutes) and for this woman to put one coat of nail polish on my nails just for her to remove it. I now have to pay to buy my own nail polish and file to do my nails myself.
