Our bathroom was falling apart and we chose to use Bathroom King as the quote was really detailed and reasonable. Due to lockdowns we were delayed several times, however I appreciated Michael’s communication around these delays and planning prep for when we were able to start the job. From start to finish it took only 7 days and we have to say Pete’s craftsmanship is second to none. His hard work allowed that timeline to be met and we are so grateful for our beautiful new bathroom, which came in on time and on budget.

Big Mick & Peter were great getting our ensuite done before covid lockdown. Michael helped us with tiles & guided us through the whole process. Peter's workmanship was amazing! He explained everything he did step by step. Due to Covid 19 our shower screen was delayed Big Mick chased it up and kept us updated. Great guys, great work, great price would recommend to friends and family

From your quote thru to completion you and your team have been friendly, professional and thorough even when a few challenges were discovered being an older home. Your communication was A1 with keeping us informed all the way. We seriously had an ugly ugly bathroom and you’ve transformed it beautifully. Look forward to the next reno. :-)

We had our bathroom completely renovated about 2.5 years ago and have had nothing but problems since. Toilet wasn't connected properly, dodgy plumbing and poor waterproofing. It's cost us thousands to get rectified. While he was doing our reno Michael talked proudly about what he says/does to people who complain about his workman ship so we've not even bothered to try and get things resolved.

They were consistently responsive and communicative at every step from planning to the complete renovation of my bathroom. They were accommodating to my requests and followed through with everything that they promised. I appreciated how simple they made everything for me to understand and that they were also able to help me with installing a pantry on top of the bathroom renovation.

We engaged Bathroom King to renovate the lower level of our house which was gutted. They installed a new bathroom, toilet and laundry along with a lot of plastering and carpentry work. Michael and Peter worked really hard to get this job done, it was on time and within budget too! The quote was clear and included all aspects of the job - no hidden costs. I highly recommend their services.
