my screen was completely smashed and my battery had water damage to it (Samsung s23). for both to be fixed it was 333 dollars. they did an amazing job at fixing my phone and I would recommend going to iTech Savvy.

This is amazing place to fix a phone. I was struggle to fix my Google pixel 5 screen because there is no parts anywhere even in China. All the repairers near Perth can't fix my phone except for itech savvy. He found original parts of a screen for me and fix very properly. Thank you so much for your effort. Highly recommend this place. You will get best service to get here from anywhere in WA.

Disinterested. Difficult. Unprofessional. Unreliable. After days of emailing and a confirmation to drop off 3 units… turns out neither available time nor parts. Waste of time and effort. Pay a little more for proper service.

I walked in with a phone that wouldn't charge thinking that i needed to replace the charging port, the man behind the counter took my phone and cleaned the charging port out and then gave it back to me working. 10/10 will be recommending to anyone needing an item repaired.

professionalism and customer service is great here, and very timely services, however I came here for a screen replacement and immediately after my phone experiences a lot of technical problems with this new screen. said that the quality of the screen couldn't change even if I had requested a new replacement from their warranty but from this, I had to buy a new phone even though before this service, the phone had no problems... probably unfortunate circumstances but didn't have a great outcome.

I’ve been to that place couple of times, excellent company ! Fast and efficientI dropped my Mobile and screen completely shatteredI handed it in to be repaired at 1pm and and collected it at 3.30 pmAnd they did amazing job

My new s22 ultra got a cracked screen Friday, fix on Saturday ready in the afternoon. Cost about 200 bucks less than other quotes. Really happy with the work phones great. Thanks guys.....
