Bill and his team are amazing. Always very accomodating. Once we accidentally backed up off a little cliff while trying to navigate a tight street and we got stuck. We called Bill from Vehicle Services and he towed us off the edge so we could drive away.

This is the first time we drove from Melbourne to explore nsw and Queensland. Had the car suddenly stopped in Tweeds head at night. Called the budgetdirect roadside assistance two times to tow it to Kirra vehicle service. The guys here are so professional, friendly, timely and honestly fixed the problem with a quite acceptable price, much lower than the budget direct estimation.Feel so lucky to find the Kirra Vehicle Services on website, and we appreciate their service and would like to recommend to others.

Broke down on the highway on a public holiday travelling from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast, got the car towed to Kirra Vehicle services, called the next morning and Bill got our car running again the same day for a far cheaper price than we expected.If we were local, Kirra Vehicle Services would be our new go to mechanic for all of our servicing and repairs. Bill was great help.

Bill is AMAZING. we broke down on the highway in the car we’re camping in, called bill after not being able to get in anywhere else and he fit us in straightaway! even offered to put all of our stuff in his garage so we could sleep in the car. Cheap price, efficient service and the BEST customer support out. This man literally saved us and even dropped us to a nearby coffee place to wait for our ride. 11/10 would recommend

One of the last family businesses with generations of experience, hard-working and family values. They are always helpful even though they are always busy. It might only be me, but, I only seem to visit a mechanic when I'm unhappy because I have a problem, but, somehow, I always leave there, problem solved, very happy and feeling like I've just had a visit with good friends.
