As one of the only florists on Carlisle Street it is such a shame that the service is really poor. I don’t know how many staff there are but there is a woman who is so unfriendly and rude. I have been in the store and not even acknowledged. Not impressed.

I remember when this place used to be in Acland Street in St. Kilda. The guy that worked there always said Hi" when I passed on through which is nice of him. Now they're in Balaclava and future doesn't look promising at all because even the notice sign is gone. Regardless I thar guy the best in wherever he goes. Another original St. Kilda establishment gone sigh."

Amazing flowers and quick and friendly service. Walked in and wanted a delivery and yes was the answer to everything. Thank you so much for your amazing and friendly service and the price was so cheap I was shocked!See you soon again

Oh my gosh! The rudeness and poor customer service! The lady who works there has such a blunt & abrupt tone. She was rude to the customer in front of me, and the even ruder to me. I ended up putting the flowers back and leaving. And I wont be back. Such a disgrace to be so rude to people for absolutely no reason. Clearly others feel the same way. You're only hurting your business. Oh, and its overly priced, tacky and poor quality.

Meeting the future Mother In-Law ...I was going off to meet the mother of my partner for the first time so I needed to make a great first impression and what better way to do this than with a bunch of gorgeous roses. But not your typical red roses, oh no, I chose two bunches, orange and a light cream. The cream roses were also smelling like perfume, apparently they are designed that way. And with the beautiful wrapping they looked award winning. I was most impressed and so too was my partner's mother :)These guys are great, they listen to what you need and come up with many suggestions as to what would fit your requirements. I highly recommend Big On Flowers. They are my go-to florist.Thank you guys, you rock :D
