Civil Fire

The Civil Fire team were excellent. I don’t think we’ve had contractors come through before who were so clean and tidy, helpful and responsive with ideas about how to better maintain the heritage and be compliant and generally respectful of the property. Really pleased!

The most incompetent company when it comes to fire and smoke alarms. The staff border on being fraudulent and lie through their teeth. Dont opt for this service just to save a few pennies as my strata manager did. They quote their company policies with regard to service times etc and then blatantly breach them. The “Emergency Services” is absolutely hopeless with no one returning calls or tending to urgent issues.Avoid at all costs!

This is a very untrustworthy company. They arrive to inspect the property unannounced or without prior arrangement, then send you a quote on things that require to be replaced or repaired. This includes items that were replaced or repaired the year before, for example they upgraded all our exit signs as they told us they were not up to the standard that's required. A year later they told us some needed to be replaced as they were faulty. We had to pay both times. We also agreed to have a smoke alarm replaced as it had expired but they never did replace it.Twice they didn't pick up that a smoke/fire alarm needed to be replaced. They also charge you a $1000 yearly fee called a service agreement fee and this is on top of any other fees changed to replace or maintain the equipment.I would not use this company and would not recommend it to any one

Civil Fire has managed the fire safety maintenance of our apartment block for the last five years. We've never had any issues and always found their service to be professional and reliable.

I cannot recommend Civil Fire highly enough. They responded to our call re a faulty alarm immediately and had it fixed same day. We are a strata block so it was imperative to have the repair done urgently. We have not used Civil Fire before and this was Melbourne Cup Day so we were extremely lucky to find them. Thank you Civil Fire.

I've worked with Civil Fire a couple of times when doing maintenance work for apartments across Sydney and they have always been professional and prompt with requests and call-outs. Thanks guys!
