I’ve lived closeby for over a year and visited last night for the first time for a get together of about 15 people. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you are a Redfern/Alexandria local! The range of drinks (wines, beers, spirits and cocktails) is huge. We also ordered food (chicken burgers are a must) they were served promptly and at a great price.The staff were attentive and super friendly and were happy to offer advise to those unsure of what to drink. Will definitely be visiting more often now that I have discovered this cool place!

This place is a beautiful environment where to catch up with your friends. Not too loud like other pubs around Sydney, has great features where you make great pics too. Cocktails are Amazing and it also have great selections of craft beers for who's into it. I'm happy to say this is one my local pubs and I won't change anytime soon. I highly recommend it.

If you love shooting pool while having a fun time with drinks, bar food and music in a relaxed, friendly environment then this is the place to be!Conveniently placed only a few minutes from Redfern Station, this place really had a great ambience with relaxing vibes and an amazing bar staff and management to match!There was an expansive and fantastic variety of drinks and cocktails to explore and experiment with on the menu and the comfort style bar food was great, with options for every crowd.The owner and management are extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable no matter how busy the place gets and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another group function there again if the opportunity presents itself.

My daughter and son in law chose this venue for there 1st wedding anniversary gathering. It was a great set up for the group that was there and because it was a private function it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff provided such great service both bar and dining as well as the kitchen putting out yummy finger foods. Craft beer, wine and cocktail selections was enough to satisfy all taste.

My husband and I hosted a wedding party here and it was super! Firstly, Jade was awesome in the lead up. She communicated openly and was clear about options, prices and what was available. This was amazing and made the organisation process really simple. There wasn’t a question unanswered. You can tell they have done this before. The set menu options are inclusive of dietary requirements and flexible, too. We made most of our menu vegan and the sliders were so tasty. We all know the club is a beautiful space and it really was just what we needed. Jake and Yannick were legends the whole day on the bar. Talk about service with a smile. They were really attentive to any little requests through the day and the whole team were so good to our friends and family. Bar tab set up and payment was again, just easy. I would definitely recommend the surf club for your next event if you want an uncomplicated set up and unreal service.

Hosted my boyfriends 40th birthday here and the owners couldn’t be more accommodating. They made it a fab night as well as being so east to arrange everything leading up to the event. Highly recommend for drinks but also as a great event hire

This is such a fun little bar in Redfern. Even the name is having a laugh. But expect nothing but good vibes in here. Even the Tuesday night trivia is a good laugh. The hosts are always so welcoming. Food is on the fried side of things, so don't come here expecting to eat healthy. So live a little and laugh a lot in here.

Cracker spot! Only real issue is they dont do lunches and parking can be a little tricky. Fun vibe and great staff. Chicken burger was everything you'd want in a classic fried chicken sandwich - rum and coke for the win.

My partner and I had our wedding reception at Redfern Surf Club - and it was the best decision we made! Jade and Yannick are the most hospitable bar owners you will ever come across, and they've hired the loveliest team! They were super easy to communicate with and really accommodating. The reception ran super smoothly, and was so much fun! Thanks so much guys!

Redfern surf club is one of the best, friendly bars at Redfern and this is because of the great staff and manager. Also the club is in a great location. The club have a casual cool vibes to meet with friends. When it comes to food, I loved the tasty chicken burgers also the drink and cocktails are reasonably priced. I did recommended to many of my colleagues at work, my family and close friends. Thanks again to the friendly staff and the manager.
