Bought a phone case that was cracked and took it back but the lady was verry rude

Clearly not interested in fixing a delaminating of a screen protector for an Apple Watch that cost $35. Wasn’t even listening to my complaint that was put on my watch 48 hours earlier.Will never go back and I advise you don’t go back either. With so many around they would at least try and support the product they sell..Totally disgusted!

worst customer service ever i got a screen protector put on then the next day my actual phone was cracked i went down a couple days later and they wore very rude and had no care about fixing it. would never recommend

This company does not follow consumer law. They sold my friend a phone case that was broken and didn't care about helping her. She is injured and off work, so this was extremely upsetting for her with limited income.

Excellent service！ And sunrise mobile is definitely the best mobile repair shop in northland center. Before I went to sunrise mobile, I asked prices from another 4 shops in northland shopping center, which were around 130 dollars. But luckily I checked the price in this shop at the end and I only spent 95 dollars on the screen, which is still working very well till now. I also bought a new case and screen protector from this shop at a great price. I will come back for sure.

Despite few negative reviews about screen protector. So far, I am very satisfied with their service and professional attitude. I have done mine and my family member’s screen protectors here many time (was originally recommended by JB hifi staff), has no such issues as others comments. I have tried many places before this store, either many bubbles or inferior quality. Importantly, Not many store can install it properly than here. Whoever has bad experience, I think they have not tried other places before.I do not understand why some people made a complaint even their phone dropped but ONLY screen protector broken? (They should be happy as it did the job)I alway read positive reviews whenever I visit a store. That should be the one that represents its true face.

We brought a phone cradle after removing it it did to clean the windscreen and tried putting it back on and did not even stick for 5 min . It was only 2 months old . Took back to sunrise mobile and would not give a refund. We made her ring the manager and would not do anything. Shame I have to give 1 star to put a review up as I would not give any . Very poor service .

Came here andf got a battery replacement, and after I find the camera, speaker and flashlight no longer work. When I attempted to resolve the problem they told me perhaps i had dropped it and that it could cost up to 350$ to repair, My phone was working fine before coming to them and is now broken. Terrible service

Bought a phone case and it broke after 2 weeks. The “manager” said there is nothing she can do because it’s how it was when we bought it even though it was straight out of the packet and no mention of it being faulty. Absolutely terrible customer service and they should be ashamed
