This company is amazing! Got a quote last fri, then installed this fri! My granite benchtop is awesome! Will 100% recommend Ross, Olie and staff. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Dont go anywhere else!

I had friendly and very experienced advice given about the rage of stones for my kitchen. Love my stone bench tops. High quality work Marrastone are absolute perfectionist with thier work.

Unprofessional & substandard work.Doesn't return calls or messages.I was very patient and understanding but ghosted after reporting problem and no contact for 3 weeks.

Wish I can give it minus. PAID them top dollars. Made all the payments before the work. Paid extra for everything.Really unprofessional through all of this.Was trying to contact them again and again.All you just respond back when it's about money.Don't know how you guys communicate with your customers.If their needs haven't met. What's the point. So many emails and phone calls. Not a single response from them.My handyman had to guide them how to do it after they literally couldn't think what to do.Keep asking and asking when he was there for measurements.I can get 40mm but you guys Said won't be necessary.40mm would be tight and 20 would be perfect as I have been told.The difference you can see is almost 19mm. We measured.All extras and all the drawings what was the point if couldn't tell 20mm or 40mm.My kitchen is looking like that.My handyman would fix it..What's the point of all the drawings and charging extra??I am literally disappointed with the job.

Stay away from this company! Totally unreliable! I've paid deposits on 2 jobs, one set of templates is still on-site after 2 weeks! I understand they have had a machine break down for a week but the templates have now been sitting on site for 2 weeks. I've attempted to contact them but she doesn'tanswer my calls or text messages! I'm happy for the deposits to be refunded and I engage another Stone mason.Hopefully I'll get a replyUpdate!!!! Do not use these people!! Totally unreliable!! They have had my templates and deposit for 6 weeks now! Olie told me the tops have been booked for installation Tuesday 9th May. Found out today they haven't even been made!!Just want my deposit refunded so I can use a reputable company!!!
