Nathan was very friendly and gave me a fantastic skin fade. Very reasonable price for the quality.Would keep coming back to Kenz and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality haircut at a competitive price

First time going into Kenz Barbers as I’m not a local but needed a cut. Had a great cut from Nathan who was polite and offered suggestions to different styles. Settled with a skin fade with a side part and was happy with the outcome.Music was great and despite the store not being busy at the time I went, I can see why people keep coming back

Went in for a haircut and had to wait 40 mins past my booking time. By the end of the haircut they had missed a patch on the top, the sides were in even and had done some weird overhanging triangle stuff at the back. Overheard a worker laughing to another worker called Nathan about how he just buzzed someone hair earlier. This was on a Saturday afternoon likely not long before they closed so their energy was super low and they all just seemed like they wanted to go. I had my 19 year old cousin fix it up for me and with no hairdressing experience she did a better job. Completely unacceptable, avoid at all costs it’s a total rip off.

This has been my goto barbershop for the past few months. Cool place always loved the vibe. Great service and very professional. Ask for Nathan for ur next cut.

I've booked for Kenzo but turns out there was only one barber in the shop and it wasn't Kenzo (no update that your choice of barber is not available). What a bizzare experience - Never ever had I have an experience where the barber (Adam - the tattoo guy) is angry, confrontational and did not finish the job - he asked me to leave for the next client. I felt very uncomfortable in my entire experience.

Worst service.!I recently did haircut again to this place, did visit this place before but my current experience was worst.Adam the guy who cut my hair was racist( hand tattoo guy) and was getting angry at me during the haircut.he was not in a good mood. Just don’t work if you don’t have to.Avoid this place.. hope you guys shut Down.. I will pray you do

Had an awesome experience at this place. My Barber was Adam and I must say, did a fantastic job.. I didn't really have a conclusive style to go from but with my thin hair and mop that I walked in with he Managed to turn it into a hairstyle that I really liked. Probably the best Cut I have had in many many years.. super happy with the result and 100% coming back. Thanks Adam!!

Great Service by Nathan. Took complete time and assisted well. Recommended to a couple of friends as well and the same response as well. Much recommended.

Didn’t have a good time with Adam back in the day, however i came back for different hairdressers and you guys did great.Let an apprentice cut my hair without informing me or my permission. He did “ well “ in his level. But that was not the haircut I wanted, sat there for nearly 1 hour and 10 minutes and charged the same price.Junior staffs didnot check with me after the apprentice finished . That’s called being professional and a part of customer service.Put yourself in my position. Thanks!
