Went shopping there today. I admire how Rowan was very helpful especially when I struggled with my membership, he was really awesome. While the girl next to him that I previously dealt with can't be bothered to help, she was not interested to help at all, no customer service whatsoever.

Low quality and inconsistent sizing. Horrific effort by an international to do Aus sizing. I'm a size 14 in most jeans and after trying on every size from 14 to 20 Aus" I have up and went to just jeans."

Brought a necklace on Saturday 15/10 wore it not even 5mins and the necklace was on the floor broken. I have called customer service and it's useless. Very disappointing
