Lots of mistakes with the build. Now after moving in, there is a never ending list of repairs with no rush to get it done. Constant follow up and patients still is no help. Would not recommend.

Someone" doesn't like paying his bills. Will pull every excuse not to pay. No wonder he "can't get contractors" word has spread. Don't get caught out. Homes are cheap

After 26 months in the home we're still waiting for items on the list of items to be repaired as per the 12 months post handover contracted arangement. After attempting contact several times to arrange the correction of the faults we're now not getting responses at all from Path.Items on the list include doors not opening due to slab movement ( as described by the site supervisor), cracked rendering, poor quality laying of flooring and sanding / resealing of internal stairs.

5 STAR Brisbane Builder - Highly Recommended - Peter Luckman and his team built us a beautiful modified family lowset home. It was open plan, great big kitchen and was constructed fast. The quality was great. Would build with Pathway Homes again.
