BRS Offroad

We were keen and ready to buy a BRS Off-road and visited the factory in Newcastle. The sales service was worse than poor. They did not come back to us after several promises to do so, in the end we gave up…..we thought if this is their before sales service the after sales service and warranty would not exist. Disappointing but we have moved on an buy a Mountain Trail Off-road which is a much better quality van - the experience could not have been further apart - quality, professional and great service….so happy with our decision.

We started our search for a capable hybrid camper early in 2018 and found BRS Off-road. Before finalising an order to buy we visited the factory in Redhead, NSW and spent 2 days learning how the Pursuit is built. We were (and still are) impressed by the design ingenuity shown by Ben and the team along with the quality of finish and included equipment.We picked up our Pursuit in November 2018 and have managed to do extended trips every year except 2020!If you are looking for a small, capable and comfortable off road camper you won’t be disappointed with the Pursuit.

Just returned from a trip to Eyre Peninsula and Flinders Ranges, and we are very happy with the quality of our BRS Pursuit, which was well tested over sand dunes on the Googs Track. I also love the unique ‘Space Capsule’ look, which sets it apart from all the other campers, and is so much easier to tow than many of the ‘big rigs’ around!The stargazer roof window is perhaps my favourite feature - lovely to see the changing sky view from bed.Being able to cook inside if whether is windy or raining, and also having cooking facilities externally for when you want to, is also fantastic. We are looking at mods - adding a heater, some rear bins for firewood or extra jerrycans, etc, to customize it even further. One tip though - do not forget to bring along the fitted shower surround - ensures privacy when using the shower :)

If I could give 6 stars I would. These guys have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, they have gone above and beyond. Exceeding deadline delivery time, custom fitting items to our numerous requests and providing time and patience to explain aspects of battery and solar systems to a novice such as myself.Professional and transparent throughout the process. Happily recommend BRS to anyone wishing to purchase an Aussie made camper.

Unfortunately it has come to the point I have to leave a terrible review, do not buy from this company.My dad bought me a Sherpa for my 30th birthday.One thing after another has gone wrong with my trailer.They have taken too long to get back to me and laughed at me when I said it was falling apart.“ what do you expect with an off-road trailer “ mind you we haven’t taken it off-road, we have traveled on sealed roads with the occasional dirt road and 1 semi corrugated road. It should be holding up longer than this. what a waste of $70,000.The staff are extremely rude and need to upgrade their customer service skills. The threats and rude comments has all been too much

My wife and I searched online and at caravan shows quite extensively for our Sherpa. The biggest selling points being, local Australian business, built in Australia, uses high quality parts and accessories and someone who we can contact and would do repairs on site.Tim and Ben have been accommodating to our little changes in specifications and easy to contact and talk to.So far we gave taken it only once off-road to kgari and it was super and no dramas on the tarmack.We have had a couple of possibly issues and each time we call up, they go first to it being their fault and not ours. We are one day going to the workshop to meet Ben and watch one getting made as we bought ours without even seeing one first!

Bought a pursuit for my husband for Christmas undoubtedly one of the best campers the market. Tim was an absolute delight to deal with. Their follow up service once purchased is second to none.Great team.Loving our Pursuit ❤️

Loving our Pursuit. We searched extensively for many months to find a company that we felt comfortable with, to meet our needs and wants. We wanted an off road camper that was truly off road and off grid to allow us to explore the more remote locations. We wanted a quality build that would handle the tough conditions.The Pursuit is like 5 star glamping, Every luxury and necessity that you could possibly want is all there at your fingertips and carefully designed to be user friendly. We even had some special requirements that were added with no problems at all. The boys have done such a great job bringing this camper together. We can't help but smile everytime we head off to our next adventure.Mark & Jo

We started out looking for another Hybrid camper but when we spotted the BRS Pursuit 2022 we immediately loved it. It had all our requirements & more, from easy towing, quality equipment, heating, cooling, cooking facilities, entertainment items, storage just to name a few. Tim has been great answering our many questions.The amazing reaction from other travellers indicate this is a winner. 3 Trips under our belt and many many more to come.Well done BRS.
