Had the 30k service done on my lc200.. on report was told wheels has been rotated and front wheels balanced. When I went to check if this had actually been done to my surprise it hasn't. I've rang them and informed them the tyres had not been rotated as my tyres are numbered and had not moved. They agreed the mechanic did not do it but it was listed as it had been. Which now questions me as a customer what other service items are being missed or skipped??

Geeat service and friendly team. The early bird drop off box is great if you need to drop your car off and head to work before it opens at 730am.Free roadside assistance is great too.Complimentary Loan cars are available if you book in advance.
