Just an awful experience from beginning until end. This stores customer service is a shambles.Curtain rail was made the wrong size, 3 plantation shutters were all made the wrong size and had to be cut down, but only a month after they had promised they would be installed by. They installed paper blinds as a temporary measure. Looked terrible for hosting christmas. They pressured me to pay the deposit on the same day as the quote or I wouldn't get my order in a timely fashion. It still took 3 months for everything to be installed. No accountability, no discount for the screw ups, heartache or stress. Awful, awful, awful.

Very disappointed and unreliable customer service by Kresta.Through a Facebook online inquiry on Kresta in end of April , I was contacted by Peter from Kresta Loganholme store on 6 May 2020 and on 11tg May Peter took all the measurements to install curtains to my 2 stackerble large windows of my band new house at that time house was only 2 months old. 11th May I've received the quote for the curtains but didn't not include any of the promotional discounts advertised at the time Peter came to my house. I had to follow up few different people at Loganholme branch to contact Peter and finally he came back and said he can't give any discount because quote is not with in 2 weeks. After sending him all correspondence ( screenshot of the same emails he sent to my email with original dates on it) he realised the quote is with 2weeks mark. Then he came back with another excuse that his system is not allowing him to applied advertised discounts for the same quote. Its not customers problem that you don't provide the pricing you were advertising in media including social media. I request him to draft a new quote for me applying the discounts . After multiple follow ups to chase Peter through multiple phone calls to Loganholme store and multiple text messages to Peter he came back with a new quote with wrong products and incorrect discounts again. Then I called the Loganholme store again to request for different person to lookafter me however they mentioned they can only give Peter again. However after all those effort to get the curtains to my new house and after long wait they came to install the curtains on 13th August ( after 3 and half months)Here comes the drama again. The measurements were taken by Peter was incorrect and curtains were short and there is ugly gap between curtains and defeat the whole purpose of having curtains plus during installation the installer has damaged the ceiling and it looks like a spider web ( now the house is only 5 months new. He tried to fix it but looks so ugly and very visible patch on the ceiling. Also installer made couple of phone calls to the team and informed about the error and also sent pictures on the sopt to a relevant team upon request over the phone. Then I have complaint to Kresta through Facebook again thinking someone higher will get in to this whole mess but I was contacted by Peter again. Also whoever handled my complaint was not able to provid an outcome even after sending all the pictures of the damage and the short curtains. Peter came back in 5th September took the measurements again. In November installer came back with curtains and realised he has the fabric in right size but not provided the iron railing in right size so he had pack everything back in to his van and leave. Here we are on the last day of the year 2020 (31st Dec). I haven't got my curtains yet which I fully paid in July 2020. It was such a shame at the xmas/House warming party including being a new mum to a 16 weeks baby , all my friends and family was talking nothing but cracked ceiling and the ugly gap in between those short curtains. I built the whole house but never had this much stress or time consumed on one thing. Its not easy to stay on the phones and follow up on things 0ver and over again when you are heavily pregnant.

Ordered over $5500 worth of blinds. Quote and order process was fine until the fitter turned up and installed half the blinds incorrectly. Another blind was ordered wrong and had to be taken away (that took 3 weeks) and replaced. Other blinds had wrong cords and were wound the wrong way. I now have to fill the holes and repaint the window frames which were freshly painted, and reposition the cords myself. I won’t ever use this company again. I could have done a better job ordering the blinds online and having hubby install. Terrible customer service who tried to blame all the issues on me until they then admitted they had recently installed a new ordering system and were having issues with it. I’m still waiting for a blind to be delivered and installed. Never again.

Terrible and rude customer service at the Loganholme store as she didnt like having a kid in the store. Completely inconsiderate. Judging from the other reviews, this is not a once off. I will take my business elsewhere

After waiting 4 months & having 2 sets of drapes with the wrong measurements we finally get the right drapes After the 2nd mistake we are told in writing the mistake is our fault & we need to pay for the correct drapes to be made. Manager checks the order & admits the order form was changed internally after the 2nd stuff up. No contact from Kresta, always us following them up. Lots of curtain retailers out there, find another one.

I recently ordered a new rail for my bedroom blinds. The person I spoke to talked me through measuring up so that the new rail would not only fit my window properly but also my existing blinds would fit on it. I did it all by email and phone and today I got my new rail and it fitted perfectly. Thanks guys (and gals).Colin

Blinds not installed as per order, staff insistent that i just accept the blind as is as it 'close enough to what was ordered' . Have to date refused to attend with different installer and supply as ordered. Installer venting his anger at the 'factory' for supplying the wrong cords with blinds - at me - the customer. It has been over two months since the order was first placed and still they have not been back. Seriously consider going somewhere else for your blinds - perhaps they might turn up on time and with out parts missing.

Great experience, sales rep (Sharon) knowledgable and professional. Measured up quickly and showed me a great selection of products. Wasn't happy with paying for blinds in full up front, however blinds arrived on time, installation went without incidents and installer was professional and tidy. Great job Kresta

Worst Customer Service Ever! Went into show room and was barely acknowledged by sales women, asked if it was ok to look around and got no reply. Went to the desk and explained we were building and she showed no interest until we mentioned we had access to the ho use - her ears then pricked up and she tried to get us to commit to a measure and quote. We left our house plans with her to give us an indicative quote- that was 6 weeks ago and we're still waiting. Well guess what? We've now used another company who has actually wanted our custom.
