Nobby's Beach Surf Life Saving Club

I went to the beach to take sunrise photo's however I will be coming back for lunch as it looked so nice from the beach

Had a lovely lunch. Wonderful views of the ocean. Friendly service, good value, quality meals. Definitely worth a visit.

We swung by on our return from Tambourine Mountain to our rental in Burleigh Heads to relax before sunsetCheck-in was easy with the club's driver's license reader. We settled on the northern external deck with ocean views. The Covid Marshall kept count of the patrons to maintain physical space requirementsDrinks were well priced, being enjoyed by families and friendsI checked the menu snack options - one bloke was working the kitchen solo on orders placed by the bar staffWe enjoyed a fabulous bowl of 5 grilled prawns [$10] then shared the flathead dish - very good value-for-moneyThe venue was near capacity when we moved on - testimony to the value these clubs provide

The place is great. The food is perfectly adequate except for the chips. They are inedible. Greasy oil sticks. Disappointing.

Nobby’s Beach SLSC were the hosts for my mothers celebration of life. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious and came out super quick. We had a couple of personal requests to honour our mum and they had to issues for us to have these.Thank you to Kristie and the team for allowing us to enjoy your gorgeous space and for the incredible service the whole team provided.

The chicken schnitzel was very small along with the chips and salad. I’ve never seen one so small! Also they’re over staffed. They try to keep busy but this becomes a hinderance to the customers. For example taking my plate when my family was still eating and wanting to take the bucket of wine when it still had wine in it. Our bottle of water was empty, if they wanted to keep busy and not be a hinderance they could’ve replaced that. But waiters have no common sense!

Best food in the world definitely coming back everyday

Sunday sessions are the best. Great food and plenty to choose from off the menu. $12 cocktails live music with a great view of the ocean. The staff are fantastic a great crew, very polite and friendly. TAB and pokies. Get your friends and enjoy the afternoon.
