Maybe that person Vu Le wasn't your client but I am and you know exactly who I am. Everything he said I experienced with you as well... And more. Don't even wanna mention how rude and unprofessional you are, unrespectful, gaslighting people, not answering calls, msgs, emails. I'm still waiting for my documents signed od 30.10 and don't you dare to say anything except sorry to me, cause I've lost a buyer just because of you. Shame on you!!! And for all the people reading this, go find another notary. This one deserves nothing less than to be reported which I'm gonna do with pleasure.

I went there to authorise my POA that I got from India. They have sent my documents for an Apostille from DFAT and said to me that they will be posted back to me after 1 week. It’s over 3 weeks and haven’t received them. I tried to track the parcel with tracking number given by them but doesn’t give any information. I tried calling them and they said I shouldn’t call but email. I emailed them 4 times and no response. It’s a very urgent document and they are not being professional or responsive.

Worst experience! A lack of respect, a complete waste of time. I booked an appointment, travelling from far approx 1.5hr and the office was closed. I called and one employee told me the notary will not be there; that there was a confusion" and I need to book again or to wait for two more hours to book an appointment in person. Three words to describe my rate: Lack of professionalism."

The lady on the front desk is so rude and mean! I never had a such bad calling experience before! With in a 3 minutes call she won’t even let me finish my words and just hang up the phone when I was still talking. I don’t understand that when I need help and looking for help from you just being denied like that!What a ridiculers call!
