I took my computer in to have the power button checked plus the seemingly extraordinary slowness of the computer turning on, and off, looked at.8 days later and $174 later, no improvement!! Worse, Windows 10 was installed without my permission and desire. Have had more trouble since, and too afraid to return. I suspect that AJ is clueless.

Banjans IT. What a great service! Fast, made you feel welcome and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing for me initial greeting. Once I picked up my laptop. They explained everything again that did. Polite service. I fully recommend them.

I called Banjans It for some help/advice setting up a Synology RAID backup for my Photography Business. They were able to help over the phone and were very knowledgeable on the topic. I engaged AJ from Banjan's IT with an issue i had with one of my clients, AJ visited the client and fixed the issue within 24 hours to get my customer up and running again.I have been in my industry for over 20 years and i have never had such great service, thanks for doing such a great job! :)
