My Mac had been terribly slow, and advice I got from another provider was that it was going as fast as could be expected for its age. Tim however, knew there was another way! With a hard drive and operating system upgrade it is now zipping around like it's young again :) Tim was also able to identify all the apps that would be impacted by the upgrade and put plans in place to make sure I could keep working as I needed to. Turn around time was super fast. Highly recommended!
