Sold͏ within a weekWe talked with a few local agents prior to selling our house. Wendy was the one who didn’t promise us to get unrealistic price and was fairly accurate in her appraisal.Wendy was very approachable and suggested the best marketing strategy depending on our changing circumstances.She helped us to get in touch with a great interior stylist and arranged high quality photography.We have received an offer right after the first open home and Wendy kept working with the buyer to get us the desirable outcome.Overall selling with Wendy was a very smooth process with constant support on her side.
