If it says online you close at 6pm please don’t start packing up at 4:30 and telling everyone you are only doing take aways. You had three staff on who were literally standing doing nothing at all except drinking their own drinks behind the counter and pretending to do things.Coffee was extremely poor and the staff could do with some lessons on customer service.Also if you are going to put cakes in a paper bag as “takeaway” perhaps a fork or something to actually eat it with would be helpful?I’ve worked in hospitality long enough to know that this place really doesn’t come up to scratch. Plenty of other lovely places in kiama for coffee so we certainly won’t be stopping in here again.

Went once during the week and once on a weekend. The coffee was very good both times but the service was vastly different. During the week the service was friendly and efficient. On the weekend the service while still friendly was super slow. The girl making the coffee had two speeds, slow and reverse. Reasonably priced and decent coffee but be prepared to wait on weekends.

Convenient location in Kiama, nice outside area, good service, great selection of drinks. Coffee and pastry was really nice.

The male staff said he is new so he input the wrong items for bill which I understand. But he took away my half full chia latte and dessert while I was on the phone (still on my seat) without asking my permission. Also, he is rushing me at 4:36 pm long before the 5pm closing time.

Very friendly staff and good thickshake. However, the toast came out and it looked like I made it, with uneven spreads of jam and butter combo, dripping off onto the plate. The crossont was something like I’ve never seen before, it was flat bread the length of a middle finger and looked like someone stepped on it, a bit sad.Hints were given to me early as locals were lining up at the place next door, I should have taken note. Although an easy fix to turn the business around

Popped in here on a rainy day on our way to Nowra. Grabbed some toasted sandwiches and coffees. The toasties were a little light on the filling. We were thankful that they were hot on this cold day.

Coffee was good. But we ordered scrambled eggs on a Sunday morning and it was terrible. Stale bread (not toast) and bacon barely cooked. I’m not particularly fussy but just serve coffee if you don’t have trained staff or a proper kitchen!

Upon entry barista was rude and brushed us off. He said that he was too busy to attend to us and had 20 coffees to make.Coffee was mediocre despite taking 20 minutes to make. Waitress who delivered my coffee coughed in her right hand before picking up my teaspoon and glass. Appreciate it was New Years Day but remaining staff were also unresponsive. Poor experience.

After looking everywhere for a simple kids sandwich. We come across industrial Brew And my daughter asked for a cheese salad sandwich, she asked for the onion to be removed. They made her a fresh sandwich which was amazing.... Service was helpful and thoughtful real welcoming. We will return next time we are out on mummy day... Thanks guys for all your help
