Beauty Spa Nails

I went in 3 days ago and got a full set of acrylic nails they came off in 3 day!! I called to ask if I could get my $65 back or get them fixed he was so so rude and hung up on me that is absolutely disgusting behavior I will never be going there agin and I will be speaking to someone higher because that is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!

I have been getting my nails done with Dan for over 10 years. Anna & Dan are such a lovely couple they are welcoming & always try and squeeze you in but making a booking helps out a very busy salon.

The owner ‘Dan’ and staff are the most obnoxious and rude individuals I’ve ever come across in a nail salon. I’d personally went into the shop that morning to make a booking for my mum and I to have a manicure and pedicure at 1pm that day (I was visiting mum from Canberra and thought it would be nice way to spend some quality time with her). A young man (Dan’s son?) wrote my details in the book. We arrived later that day at 1pm, sat down for our pedi’s and tried to make conversation with the technicians who completely ignored us. The Pedicures were terrible. They scraped my heel too hard which broke the skin and bled. While my Mum’s polish was drying the technician kept touching it to see if it was dry and damaged the paint job and then started repainting over it so it ended up all lumpy. Mum asked her to take the paint off completely and repaint but the technician just ignored her and kept doing what she was doing. While this was going on, I’d sat down to have my manicure. ‘Dan’ approached me complaining that he didn’t know we wanted manicures as well. Confused, I said ‘I’d booked both mani and pedi’s this morning with the young man at the counter’. ‘Dan’ made no apology but angrily said ‘Now my other customers are going to have to wait!!!’ I was so upset and humiliated by his behaviour in front of others in the shop that I told my mum we needed to leave. His response, ‘Up to you!!!’ Reading everyone else’s complaints here I’ll be contacting Fair Trading NSW because these people should not be allowed to operate.

Staff were really nice, and maybe it was my fault for not mentioning it when I booked to have my acrylic nails removed, but they did not soak them in acetone, they instead just used another acrylic nail to pry them off which really hurt.

i got my nails done, they cut my skin & they didn’t push back my cuticles, so after two days they look 1 week outgrown. but besides that good

Absolutely appalled. I have been going g here for three years. Had an issue last Monday, have had 3 nails snap, colour come off and one fixed & now looks like a birds beak. Was told that they have a policy to not fix broken nails, but the policy was hidden behind the desk. Told them I wasn’t paying for them for the shocking job and I was told to never come back because I asked for a refund. He was so rude and the ladies were APPALLED. Don’t. Go. Here.

worst pedi ever he scrub my feet so hard I didn't think I would have any skin left. On one foot all my nail's were crooked. the paint job was the worst too. Never go back. My mum's big toe was bleeding on the bottom she scrub that hard. No sorry no band-aid nothing.

First experience in getting acyclic nails was great & so happy. 3-4 weeks later getting refills was another issue. The male nail technician that did my refills rushed through & ALL my nails were infected badly.( there Notes" '"include infected nails there not responsible for??? Really!!!)Pity l couldn't add a photo of how bad the infection was

Appointment booked in for 5:30 wasn't served until 6:00.Got French tip acrylic and was served by 4 different people.Powder residue can be seen under gel and bubbles.Harden acrylic under bottom of nails and some nails were cut way too short.
