Called them to update contact details, still hasn't been down every time I call them they do it over the phone but still the same.Called them to organise bin to be emptied for certain days get told all booked in Bin left out all day and not emptied then told can't be done until following week.Called to organise what they call an interim pick up three days before the day requested again the bin sits all day again then told you have to wait for following weekagain

During the winds last night some bins had blown over in Claremont and I watched one of the truck drivers get out and pick bins up and put the rubbish back in. Was lovely to see! Well done
