Not sure why this place is below 4*, I got a chunky cheese steak pie and it was v tasty, crispy base and top, didn’t fall apart, lots of chunky steak and a tasty gravy. Large coffee aswell was very nice!! Id give it an 8.5/10!

A little disappointing as the products looked quite appealing and appetising on the display, and I tried their spinach and feta roll today to realise I'd never get back to them. The service was not the best, the staff couldn't be bothered assisting, I felt rushed and unwelcome. The spinach and feta roll... Well, it was probably the worst I've ever eaten, - dry, hard and bland pastry, dry and clumpy filling that you wouldn't want to eat ever again. Not recommended.

Brought a chicken and salad sandwich i bit into it and the bread was hard as a rock. I opened it up and it was covered in black mold. Showed the guy behind the counter the inside of sandwich and he offered me another sandwich I said no thanks. Got my money back. Check the inside of the sandwiches if you buy any.

Wouldn’t bother. Their food is stale, our daughters muffin could be thrown at a wall and it wouldn’t loose it’s shape. Asking for our money back as it wasn’t edible took more effort than it should have. She didn’t want to give us our money back & that itself shows zero customer service.

Food is good but they surcharge you and don't tell you about 20c a bag as if they need the extra the food is overpriced anyway and service can be rude at times

This afternoon Tuesday 6th bought a Cream Dongnut from this bakery cut it in half at home it was beautiful till I spat out some hard bits. To find 3 bits of plastic that is what I spat out absolutely disgusting to find plastic in a Dongnut. HaveTaking a photo of these . Won't buy anything else from this Bakery. Plus I threw this Dongnut out. Photo Added . In fact, I will phone the food department as finding plastic in a Dongnut is not good .
