Was staying in Nelson Bay for a few days and booked in for a Massage at Heavenly Thai Message,Although an online booking system would be great it was super easy and quick to book in over the phone.Place was clean and well presented and easy to find.Staff were very friendly, easy to deal with and very professional and the massage was fantastic.Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a massage,

I can’t wait to visit next time I am in town. I have been to your Warner’s Bay, Toronto and Glendale premises and have had a great massage each time. From the standards I have experienced from being a client for 2 years now I know it will stand up to my expectations :)I have found all your staff highly trained, professional and establishments always clean and well presented. We had a couple massage for 1 hr, booking was easy and staff were friendly and accomodate our last minute change which was nice. My massage was ok, not very special but my wife's massage was very mediocre, she was not happy at all! We have had many better ones elsewhere. Also the room temperature was low and the staff kept talking to each other whilst giving us massage which is definitely not nice when you want to relax! Also there was too much oil used, to an annoying level! Again, never seen such a think elsewhere. Overall, we won't be coming back.

I went to the Shoal Bay Heavenly Thai today and had one of the best Thai massages Ive had a in very long time. Ive tried a few of the different Thai massages in Nelson Bay and this was hands down the best. It was clean, the lady that gave me the massage really new what to do without having to be told. Very happy
