What can be said about Sarah Constructions? Let's firstly say that Sarah Constructions DO NOT 'build good relationships' contrary to their slogan. Sarah Constructions like to put the pressure back on sub-contractors by setting unrealistic completion dates due to their own short-comings, poor management and general incompetence. Sarah Constructions seem to win a lot of their work from being aggressive in the market place by undercutting other builders. To combat this, Sarah Constructions like to screw sub-contractors and DO NOT like to pay their bills. Sarah Constructions also like to make up their own defect lists that are so comprehensive and utterly ridiculous that it is impossible to get paid/retention monies. Sarah Constructions like to make numerous and unnecessary threats of backcharges and try to intimidate sub-contractors. Sarah Constructions appear to employ their staff from the bottom of the barrel in the construction industry and subsequently have a very high staff turnover. It would strongly be advised that a 20% extra over contingency be built into quotes to cover the potential losses and pain from dealing with Sarah Constructions as they are simply impossible to deal with. Better still, AVOID this construction company like the plague - there are MANY other construction companies out there whom are great to work with without the grief.

We purchased a Sarah built townhouse in Glenside and poor quality! Bath waste was damaged less than a year!!!!!Only be used 4 times with purely water. Unbelivelable for such big builder. Very disappointed. Also project manager threw the ball to supplier which saying product not provided by them. Well done!! Not worth for their reputation at all!!!

Can whoever drives the Sarah signed HiLux S379BXL be told to stop cruising the Southern beaches at night shining their headlights into cars and being really creepy? Doesn't matter if we're down at Aldinga or Moana he shows up and blinds people in their cars by pointing the headlights directly at parked cars. Don't know what his problem is but it's a terrible look for your company.
