I’ve been going to Rokk Ebony for over a year now. Ricky is by far the most talented and patient hairdresser. He knows and understands the look I want to achieve and what suits my hair. He is truly amazing. Highly recommend.

I’ve been having my (dark brown) hair coloured blonde here for many many years & I couldn’t be happier. Court and Jordyn always take into consideration not just want a want, but the best and healthiest way to achieve it. I love this salon - they are so good to me, and to my kids who occasionally have to accompany me!!

Caitlin did my colour…. She was so sweet and listened to all my questions, creating the most beautiful colour and making sure I was comfy and had a warm drink.I completely forgot her name but the woman with the curly orange hair did the cut, I felt so taken care of and she did the absolute best cut while talking me through all the options and making sure I left feeling really good.Thankyou so much xo

I love love love this hair salon! Rokk Ebony you are amazing, the team was so good, from the washing of my hair, hair massage, colouring, cutting and the final styling and the result is fantastic! I asked them to match my highlights and hairstyle to Jennifer Aniston, and they did! It is excellent long with long face framing ash blonde range of highlights!!! I also loved the conversation and the mocha coffee and tea and the chocolate chip cookies.I highly recommend this Rokk Ebony salon and shout out to Chiara as you are a master at colouring and cutting hair!!! I will definitely go back for more hair cuts with highlights!

The team at Rokk Ebony in Mentone are always wonderfull. I have been getting a scheduled haircut there for several years and I have never been disappointed. Quite the opposite actually. Every visit has been a positive experience. A huge thank you to Ricky and also to the lovely Sarah.

This Salon like most of the Rock Ebony outlets are feeding off award status from another salons with this name.Now a franchise that’s charging excessive prices so they can use the brand. My reviews are always honest and fair so I will say that on many occasions I was reasonably happy with hair results but on my last visit this certainly wasn’t the case. On top of that you didn’t operate with integrity and honestly.Bad form Sarah!!You had the option to smooth this out but you chose an easier route to feed your own ego.You’ve lost my business at $450 + a time. You are in the Customer service industry you need to learn what customer service means or try another career path. This doesn’t just involve how you cut or style hair.

I had almost lost hope with this salon until last Saturday. I have never been treated so kindly as I was by the ladies that colour corrected and cut my hair from an unfortunate past experience. My hair looks lovely again and the service was second to none. Well done team, your kindness and service recovery is excellent. Thank you again. I will be back!
