what can I say they have everything I want, and staff is always happy to help. parking is sometimes an issue if you visit just after school drop offs or pickups.

Almost every online order has items missing. Missing items from the order today and last week over half the items ordered didn’t arrive.People who can’t get out of the house to actually go shopping use this service and pay for a monthly Coles membership or pay a delivery fee just for this to happen over and over.Apparently the multiple refunds and reports of missing items go unnoticed via the Coles website or there would have been some attempt of improvement by now.Hopefully a Google review will encourage change.

26/5/23 9pm could someone please just answer the phone? Well you did but hung up on me. Living almost 30 mins away I would like to know if you had flu tests ( like your website) but obviously that’s just to dam hard to answer the phone.

I know this review won't impact who shops here because when you need milk, you need milk. But I wanted to write it because of the level of care and service I received today. My child spilt milk all over our groceries and the guy unpacking the items near the fridges and the woman serving at the check out went above and beyond to help (and comfort) me! I was really blown away by their kindness, and help. They managed to turn a bad situation around for me. Thanks so much.
