Great service my assistant was out standing

Stood at the front door waiting for a staff member to acknowledge me. Three staff members working, one with no client at all but managers to answer the phone but doesn’t even acknowledge I’m standing there for over 10 minutes. Terrible customer service. An acknowledgement that I was there and that they would be soon would’ve been nice instead of completely ignored.

Looking forward to Flight Centre going into administration. Charging $600, for a 20 minute service to book my flight. Team leader from the Chirnside Park store booked my flight with me at the flight and travel expo. I was more than capable to walk up to the corresponding airline and book the flight, instead I decided to book with Flight Centre Chirnside Park to support a local business. What a regret that was. Lawyers don't even charge that much. Daylight robbery.

Went into Flight Centre Chirnside to speak to Alex regarding Tix to the US. Alex was so helpful, polite and funny. All my questions were answered and tickers are booked. America here I come

Awesome experience dealing with Sam. she found the best flights for me and explained me the fare rules. Unfortunately i was unable to travel and she helped me cancel my tickets in the easiest way possible. Thanks a lot. Will definetely recommend your business.

Bad service!!!Inexperienced staff!!!I left the message on the phone to a staff name a Cindy Jacobs ( Flight Centre Chirnside Park ) to ask about my refund and she never get back to me!

Staff were polite. Helpful. My expectations were high. I expect tips you I don't already know. Where's my wow factor. But they were lovely.

Travelling as a small group of four travelling through Europe, their travel partners allegedly changed itinerary. Thus flights to Europe from Melbourne, we were all seperate. The airline couldn't help as they didn't book it. The cruise we did. They paired one couple up, the other two were assigned seperate twin bed rooms. Thankfully, we swapped. They changed our flights to Paris to a later time and they didn't tell us. When we rang from Paris to complain as the Paris accomodation was stuffed up, we were told that the agent no longer works there, we will put you onto somebody else. Fifteen minutes on hold nothing. Rang back, left our number to call, we got no return call. Contact Flight centre HQ, got put onto Paul. Got his email, and horrified at his rude responses. Not his problem, he's not long been there, the bookings are a mess. Now our baggage limit we booked back, find out we were charged for it, but it wasn't booked. We could've re-booked at an extra charge. This trip is a litany of mistakes. Of the itinerary provided, they got 60% right. 40% completely wrong. To have two couples unable to travel seated or roomed together is not romantic, how can they get this so wrong. Paul summed it up perfect, he can't fix other people's problems. We just have to put up with it. Couldn't even send us revised itinerary as even he couldn't work it out, and he's got customer bookings to make. Takes 2-3 days to respond, he don't care. Never again Flight Centre.
