Founce Removals were polite, punctual and professional. They handled a tricky moving job of a very heavy hardwood couch up a staircase with a turn in it and with limited room. They were careful and considerate of both the couch and surrounding walls and furniture. I would recommend them.

Certainly would not go with Founce removal again, super slow workers, they just delay it to extend the time and charge more. More talking and less effort. The way they optimize the moving is a disaster by making the work double. They will move the boxes from home, place them a bit far away from the truck, and then move closer to the truck and finally into the truck. Just wasted my 6 hours looking at the way they do things. All good reviews by the customers are due to the discount they provide if we give them a 5-star rating on Google. Obviously, I declined the discount so at least some would make a wise decision.

Gone the extra mile!The Team did very methodical packing to avoid any damages. And helped us with extra request like building up the bed and dropping something to the tip on the way back.

From start to finish they were careful friendly very professional and fast. Unlike other quotes I had they charged only the actual time from start of pickup to finish of drop off, even though a 70klm trip they charged only 3.5hr total. The job required carrying very heavy furniture down stairs with a corner and out through the carpark. There were no hidden charges I was extremely happy with every aspect of the job and definitely recommend them!

I have used Flounce Removals twice now. Both times they had to move a piano and some extremely heavy and valuable furniture. No job was too hard. Very professional and forward thinking. I wouldn't use anyone else.
