I highly recommend Claire's development coaching. At a minimum, pick up the phone and have a discussion with her. Do yourself a favour. To be honest, I have had a negative outlook on anyone with the word coach in their title, on top of that, I thought even if they were good, how could they help me, I don’t need coaching. BOY WAS I WRONG! I cannot believe the massive breakthrough Claire and I had in just one session. Her coaching will have lifelong positive changes in my business. Claire is so skilled; dedicated and makes you feel safe to be fully honest with yourself and with her. I highly recommend utilising Claire for leadership coaching.

Claire is sweet and gentle in nature, but her strong directive and focus towards helping her clients unravel their subconscious mind and bring their focus into the conscious active mind is something you must see to believe. She peels away your guarded layers to reveal your infinite possibility and truest potential. Clare was a fabulous guide in what turned out to be a very self-reflective journey. I learned so many ways to become a more effective leader, without changing my personality. My team has more focus and is more invested because they have a better understanding of my vision for the business, which has led to more sales and productivity.
