There's nothing showing on what level they are on and their phones were off the hook. I spent ages walking around all of south and ended up going to the one in mentone.

I got an email from the Dough Getters app for a free birthday scone, I was going past the store at Southland today so decided to stop and see if I could redeem it. The staff member was really helpful and even wished me a happy birthday!!

went to buy some bread for my son today.staff was to busy talking to each other and was not listening when i order. so they give me the wrong bread. so i told her thats not what i ask for it. She just give me a look,very bad attitude.not good service at all.

Always so disappointed with the customer service at this store. This morning 3 young girls stood around the register laughing at a phone while customers waited. Friendly once they served but were distracted by each other and got orders wrong. Unfortunately not the first time I’ve had this same experience at this particular store

This is by far the worst bakers delight store in Australia i have ever seen. Just grabbed 2 white rolls but when i got home i noticed they were significantly under proved and flat. Thats what you get for paying top $ for your bread is it? On top of this the next day when i cut them they were hard as a rock stale, less than 18 hours after purchase
