Had an awesome experience with them! The guy in the shop (unfortunately didn't get the cool guy's name) was very kind and accommodating. Bic boards in good conditions can be expected from their fibreglass boards. They are kind enough to provide some wax and a working leash. Even opened a brand new one the second time we rented. Pretty awesome experience with them and highly recommends them!

Super affordable prices to hire a bike all day, best in the area. The man at the shop was keen to help us plan our bike ride, gave us his newest bike models to rent and was overall very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again!

Byron Bay Surf and Bike Hire
Went in to hire a surfboard this morning and received great local weather forecasts from the man working there. He did not push us to hire a board since the water was close to flat. He even showed us webcam stream of the pass on his iPad. I am always grateful for honest businessmen, and will definitely rent our surfboards here tomorrow when the surf conditions will be better. Also better prices than most other places in town.

Booked a bike for my son for our holiday week, With a confirmation from him by email but when we arrived we were told that he had given the bike to another customer and that there was no bike available. To be avoided

Byron Bay Surf and Bike Hire offer shuttles to many well-known hotels as well as picking up students from out front of the shop to be delivered to the beach where lessons take place. Overall, a great experience.

Dan was super helpful and went over and above! Awesome bikes, very sturdy and reasonably priced. Well worth the money, was so handy to have them to pop to beaches out of town and they were dropped off and picked up from our accommodation. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with this place! The prices are the best of the area as we've found. The location is perfekt for renting a surf board as it is right next to the beach itself.The customer service was amazing and the equtment in used but in solid condition.

AMAZING ! Dan is helpful, professional, qualified, gives advice, … If you want to rent a surfboard in Byron Bay, there is only one address.
