Murwillumbah Hotel
This hotel caters for junkies, drug dealers and peodophiles. You will be met in the halls by people asking for money, smokes etc, Fights and police are a regular accourance. Take caution when mixing with these troubled people, your door wil be kicked in and life threatened.

Rip off rubbish! Druggies jailies shifties stay there and they leave their dirty dishes in the kitchen sink. U pay 70 or 90 $ a night to adjust around aggro people like that!? In the rooms there isn't even a chair, bin, or hangers in the wardrobe. Plus u have to b a detective to work out where the PowerPoint is and how to open the window. There's something going on there which is really not good! Give it a miss!!

What a shock on arrival, it was like a backpackers. Had trouble finding someone to check me in at first,then when I was shown the accommodation, I was shocked to say the least. It was old, curtains hanging off the windows, smelt of smoke despite the signs saying no smoking. Bathroom was very old and tired and hairs on the floor etc. Very lucky to get the water right. The carpet was filthy. The bed was fine and the sheets were clean, just as well. The place seemed to be full of permanent people who were noisy and banging on things half the night. The hallway was full of smoke smell and very dirty. The entrance to the motel was disgusting. From the outside it looked disgusting. The previous night we had stayed at a near new motel and paid $120.and we paid $121 for this rundown motel.
