Our real estate agent organised for someone to come out in the morning but they called us and offered to come straight away (Saturday night on a long weekend). Polite, quick and got the job done. Would definitely recommend.

I had Alex service the toilet where I'm staying. He was fantastic - on time, quick and really friendly too. He did a great job at sealing the base and fixing the cistern which was taking forever to fill up!Also went out of his way to assist with unrelated things, which he wasn't required to do!

I had a leaking tap over the kitchen sink and water had go into the dishwasher PowerPoint. Not only did they replace the tap but Hillary organised an electrician to replace the PowerPoint. Dan turned up on time and did the job quickly. He was a very polite young man as we're the electricians.Kathy & Pete

I got amazing service from Mark from Platinum Plumbing and Gas.Mark was doing some work at a neighbors property and I walked across and told him about my water leak from the recycle water meter. Mark took the time to call SA water for me and get them to come and fix the leak. What an amazing service oriented attitude. No doubt that I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs. I had to organise an emergency plumber to come tonight due to a leakage in my toilet and water all over the place in the bathroom and a blockage. I just wanted to say that the Plumber Alex did an amazing job and was here for over an hour and a half to fix the problem and cleared the blockage across all 4 units, he was professional, friendly and cleaned up the mess after. I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing that we use through our real estate agent Magic Rentals and the boss Matt was also very helpful. Thank you

We have used these guys for a number of years, and they do a great job.

Have used Platinum Plumbing in the past for my other property with no issues. On my most recent engagement, the company quoted me for a repair on my existing system and explained it was fit for purpose. After agreeing to works and purchasing parts, they later discovered that the system was no longer repairable and quoted installation of a new HWS that was $1,000 more than comparable quotes from reputable organisations. I was then invoiced $290.40 for two site attendances that included discovery that the purchased part was not suitable, identifying corrosion in the old system and capping off hot and cold water to old system. The team did not seem to understand my grievance that I was paying for something that was incomplete as a fault of their own. Happy to adjust this review with appropriate follow up.
