We had a water pipe leaking and a separate minor gas issue that I have been procrastinating over for a long time now. Both probelms were fixed within the hour.It's difficult to find quality plumbers that also charge accordingly. The worst experience I ever had. I booked the repair job via Rannai for a Brivis Buffalo 85XA on 28th July. By 31st July their technician Brandon visited the house. After one hour inspecting and diagnosing, Brandon told me that the issue could be caused by a faulty gas valve. After he charged me $285 he said he will send two quotes to me, one is for the spare part and labour cost, the other is for replacing the whole heater with a new model. I have been waiting for a whole week since then but no emails or phone calls. I called the office the next week, a lady told me since this is the busy season, all technicians are very busy and she said Brandon will send me the quotes for sure. And now, there is another week passes, still no phone calls or emails. I am so disappointed with their services and for sure I will file an official complaint with Rannai about their unprofessional attitude as well. Avoid them.

The owners corporation was charged $261 dollars after JM Plumbing was informed the sound of water in pipework was an acoustic issue and not a plumbing issue. When 2 persons came out they wanted to dismantle a timber cover covering the stack vent with no logical reason provided.

Needed to replace two Shower heads rang office at 11.30 am Received excellent service .Plumber arrived after lunch and finished the job within an hour .Very professional ,left both bathrooms clean and tidy .Have used company few times before for different plumbing problems and always been satisfied with service provided
