First time I went to Western fuel service station was to get my road worthy for my car since then I took both my car there because I find reasonable with the price and and very honest.great mechanics i will recommend him to all my friends

Great family run business.Honest, friendly and reliable. Have had multiple RWCs completed here along with regular servicing of my cars. Always good value and great results.Great little petrol station too, with a community feel. Friendliest staff you'll find anywhere.

Friendly service

Terrible Terrible Business. The female employee hit my car whilst we were filling up (she had no insurance) & then proceeded to give me a fake number. When I called the business a week later to get her actual details for my insurance she hung up. I then returned to the station to talk to her and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. The Manager / Owner is just as bad covering for her even though he was there too when she hit my car. A terrible way to run a business when you hit a customer's car but act like it never happened and then give FAKE details. I still to this day (4 weeks later) have not received a call back or have they taken any accountability.

Excellent service. From years I am getting my car serviced from here and Mr Satish have excellent knowledge about cars. Reasonable prices and always gives you a genuine suggestion. Highly recommended...

Apart from petrol costing more than the earth, quite friendly

Always more expensive for fuel than everyone else, even more than Coles Express of all places! Avoid buying fuel here at all costs.

I know my neighbor, Mr. Satish of Western Fuel for a number of years. It's been convenient, as I live locally, just around the corner. Some of our encounters were nice, some disappointing. But recently I was so badly mistreated by him, I thought I need to warn potential customers about it. One day I brought my car, an old Honda CRV, hardly driveable asking him for assistance, in the most friendly way. He said to leave it so he could have a look and fix it. Next day he called me to collect the car, which he said was fixed and ready to go. He charged me almost $200 for it and said ALL IS FINE AND I SHOULD RIDE THE CAR MORE OFTEN(!), AS IT JUST NEEDS MORE ACTION. He also confirmed all he did was to replace 4 spark plugs, which I thought was weird, as I put the new ones only 6 months before. He said he put the best Made in Japan plugs (!). The price was a bit steep, (would you agree?)...and I was a bit surprised but believed it is OK since my car was actually fixed. Next morning I couldn't start the car and it was literally undriveable, worst than before. I went to see another machanic and discovered that new" plugs were the cheapest $5 items and NO OTHER WORK WAS COMPLETED. Literally NOTHING. Soon after I went to see Mr. Satish and politely asked him to give me some money back as I'm a pensioner and feel being ripped off. I have to say

I've have been getting fuel from this service station for years, I finally made the decision to get my car serviced there by Mr. Satish. Lovely man and always happy to help. He initially helped me with an issue from a previous mechanic this is why I chose to give this place a go. Couldn't be happier with my choice he is honest and fairly priced for a service. My car was ready within the day, no mucking around. Happy customer and one for a long time! Thank you!
