I have been seeing Shella for about 6 months now and she is treating me for several health issues that I have had for a long time. Shella is very thorough in her investigations and treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a caring and comforting demeanor. She takes a lot of time with her patients and her follow up with patients is very supportive. I am constantly e-mailing/texting her with questions and she is prompt in returning my questions. I have seen other naturopaths in the past, however I am making more progress with bettering my health with Shella than I have with any others. I highly recommend her.

Shella at Cooroy Naturopath and Nutritionist is a very compassionate practitioner who has helped me immensely with metabolic syndrome - i.e. borderline high blood pressure, obesity and borderline diabetes. She reviewed all my records, took a careful history and conducted other necessary tests, before creating a new health plan for me. I now feel great, am much healthier, and would recommend her to anybody who has unresolved medical issues or weight problems.

I have found Shella to be very understanding and empathetic, and also practical. I experienced significant improvements in my health quite quickly and would recommend her.
