Undertaking my first new build whilst based interstate was always going to be challenging, but I could not be happier with the service which I received from the Urbanised Homes team.The level of communication, attention to detail and complete transparency throughout the build was second to none.They took the time to guide me through the process step by step and nothing was ever a problem. There were a number of occasions when they went above and beyond, attending to tasks that I could not be there for in person.The team made me feel like a partner rather than a client and I could not recommend then highly enough.

Dealing with Urbanised Homes was a great experience from start to finish. After a house fire I had no choice but to demolish the property and rebuild. From the beginning Alex and Tony guided me through the entire process i.e. demolition, design, council preparation and build, they even recommended I visit some of their properties so I can see examples of their homes.
