Smart Property Manager

Donna was our Smart Property Manager for our rental in Irymple, Victoria. She was extremely polite, courteous and professional to deal with at all times. If anyone is looking to either rent or have their property managed, we both fully recommend Donna. You will be in great hands.

I came home last night and our front door lock just decided it no longer wanted to accept the key. I logged a maintenance report immediately and this morning had an email and phone call to organise the locksmith to come out. The communication between Donna and the tradespeople was seamless and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. We really appreciate you getting onto this so quickly.

I've had a wonderful experience with Donna and Dave. Dave was great at helping me pick and negotiate my first investment property. I learned a lot through the process and he was more than generous with his knowledge and time. Donna has gone above and beyond to manage my property which has had its fair share of issues over the years. She's been attentive and proactive which has been a great experience. I have a property in St Kilda. The property has needed a bit of management in the last few years with Covid etc. I lost tenants, needed updates for regulation changes and re-letting. Donna and Eric have been great. Reliable, responsive, polite and generous with advice. My apartment was originally leased fully furnished but I wanted to lease it unfurnished. I was overseas and the at the time and the team even arranged for furniture to be removed and donated to charity!Donna is clearly experienced and leads and energetic team that are very professional.
