Hands down the best ARB store in Victoria! Great bunch that are very knowledgeable, especially Sam who is an absolute legend! Highly recommend making the drive up from Melbourne if need be.

Went to ARB Bendigo for a replacement back window on a high classic canopy. I paid the replacement cost and they ordered the window (around $355). No dramas.I took my car in for the fitting and ARB Bendigo had ordered the wrong window. I had given all necessary information to two employees.Almost a month later, the new window arrives and is fitted. After paying for the installation of the new window almost a month prior, they then charged me an additional $90 for a new frame because the new window did not fit the old frame. This was not mentioned in the original cost of the replacement, even though I had given all necessary information about the canopy, including the year of manufacture. Surely ARB Bendigo could have either looked up compatibility initially or waved the $90 for ordering the wrong part.I understand material costs but this was just a poor result.

$4850 paid for a new bullbar, but a faulty unit was installed. Car paint damaged during installation as well. Got promised to have the paint damage fixed and a partial refund for the bad experience, but neither happened.

I dont normally review things but you need to know that Bendigo ARB customer service is very slow. I rang or emailed at least 8 or 9 times to get an update or to get paperwork they said was “on the way”. I had to initiate each contact. My contact was friendly but had to be phoned and emailed to get the job finished.I needed to travel 100k each way over 4 different days for what they said would take one day as they were not organised.They charged me hundreds over their quote saying that some other customers didn’t front and I needed to pay to extra to cover that and the engineers cost. Not my problem. Will not go back. Shame really as it is a great product and well engineered.

Today dropped into ARB to see if anyone could help me with advice on how to fix a fridge on my van that turned off at the most inopportune times and would not turn back on in the way described in the manual. Liam came straight out to my parked van to troubleshoot and when he found the problem talked me through how to fix it without an expensive repair and explained what was going wrong in easy to understand terms. My van is currently my home during a hot summer and a working fridge makes all the difference. All this Liam of Bendigo ARB accomplished with grace and a ready smile. As an ARB customer in fitting out the van initially this was another great experience from them. Thank you

Vehicle came back with damage that was attempted to be hidden (black silicon trying to hold cv boots together). Offered to repair as goodwill". Nope. Wouldn't trust them to let the air out of my tyres. Last dollars I'll let anyone I know spend there."

Placed an order for spare parts (Blinker wiring harness) back in early January. Still waiting with no eta given after originally been told 2 weeks. Called muptile times and promised a call back with an update, never receive a call back. Pretty poor. Happy to take your money but won't deliver the parts..
