Paddington Central Pharmacy

Staff were helpful in assisting me with getting some urgent tasks complete. Even though they could not do what i needed on a Sunday, they directed me to a place that could. Forever appreciative for staff with customer service like this! Thank You!

Today I raced to the pharmacy to help with my three sick teenagers. My daughter is on another medication for vestibular migraines and I wanted some cold and flu tablets to alleviate her symptoms. The pharmacist was very helpful, trying to find out what would be beneficial for her, and my other two.They went the extra milethank you!

Discovered this gem a few months ago. Words cannot explain how fantastic the staff are here! I could only wish there was a pharmacy like this near me. Needless to say, wherever possible I will travel to Paddington Pharmacy in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

All staff are great except for one who has been consistently rude and tried to overcharge me for a prescription and was rude when I corrected it.All the other staff have been lovely, but I don't think I'll be coming back because of the two experiences I've had with her.

Simon and Brodie are not only highly knowledgeable pharmacists, but they are also extremely personable, and really care about their customers. They always take the time to answer any questions. The location of the pharmacy is also fantastic being just downstairs from an excellent medical practice (Paddington Medical) and Sullivan and Nicolaides Pathology, and also directly opposite Woolworths. The customer service at Paddington Central Pharmacy is second to none, and I could not recommend this pharmacy highly enough, they really go above and beyond to help. Their prices are extremely reasonable also. Paddington Central Pharmacy have looked after me very well for many years now, thank you Simon and Brodie!

Exceptional service. I had to have a script sent from my out of town GP while we were on holiday. The service provided went beyond my expectation, including facilitating a repeat to be forwarded to our next holiday destination. If Linda is representative of the whole team, I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you.

I was having a tough day having forgotten to take my antidepressants and eat after 7 days of iso. I was so rude to the pharmacist and the young girl there that I called back and apologised. The pharmacist was so kind and forgiving. Thank you for the lovely service and apologies again for my insanity.

Went into Paddington Central Pharmacy today as I am starting to come down with a cold/flu and need to get it under control before our big Engagement Party tomorrow night. I didn't think to catch her name but the mature lady that served me was fantastic. Great service and genuine caring approach. Suggested what I should take and when to take it. Recommend the Pharmacy for any of your needs and based on today's service I'll be back when I need it.
