After searching every other accident repair company in the area, I saw these guys had the best reviews and went with them. I was not disappointed! Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys! Great communication - I was kept updated through the process and my car was ready the day they said it would be. They patched up some rust that wasn’t even involved in the accident. And I got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Also called a free cab for me when I dropped the car off. Thank you Josh and the team. I highly recommend them!

Lack of any management system, to get information about the progress the receptionist has to run around town to find the boys (whatever that means..). Took 4 times more than initially indicated, from the perspective it just seems that first timeline for the repair I got provided was outright manipulation and following 4 more estimates were also not correct.I won’t be living my car again for a month to fix minor scratch there again

These guys have been ace to deal with during my insurance repair.Frustratingly the parts for my car repair weren’t available for what ended up being 13 months! Yes… 1-3 MONTHS. But the team at ARC kept me well informed and helped me get the car back on the road ASAP while we waited for some minor cometic, none safety related parts to come in.Would highly recommend as they give service with a smile and look out for their customer.
