Very unresponsive and unprofessional business. You bring your car there and the guy called Tony or whatever will tell you it’s just a small piece of cake and tell you he can even fix the issue when he’s sleeping, and he will tell you it will only take 2 weeks to fix. What a joke! And then he will send you home after he take some photos and then nothing happen since then. Then you need to keep calling them chasing for the quote, then he will tell you he will send you the quote by latest this afternoon. But nothing will happen. A week later, you call and ask, exactly same thing, same answer, same way. If it’s a big business, they will let you know soon. If it’s not that profitable, they won’t tell you to walk away, instead, they will keep you, try to let you wait until they are free. What a smart business. Mercedes shouldn’t advertise it as authorised repairer. Definitely some unknown things behind the scene.

From December until now. My car hasn’t fixed yet. It’s been nearly 2 months.I called them few times always said we working on the car and the car it’s in paint room I gives them more time and I call again they said we waiting for the parts. And always given final dates to complete and never happen 2 days ago I just received email from them saying the car it’s in detailing and ready to collectThis afternoon I went to pick up the car .. and the car was so dirty and never washed and so many new scratches on the car and they have done ugly job and missing small parts

Why You Should Never Fix Your Car HereCBW Auto BodyHe said the fix would be done in 3 weeks.All parts arrived today, so the repair that can be done in 3 weeks has been two monthsEvery time I call, there are very good at making excuses.I have to keep paying for the rental car until the car is fixed.How long should I wait? There is no answer today. A lot of financial loss continues.I will never fix my car here

Workmanship is good, Customer service is completely non existent.Won't be utilising as a chosen repairer next time.

Thank You to the Team at CBW. My vehicle was taken here for assessment, alas a sad ending for my car BUT the Team were fantastic! Great communication, very friendly and obliging. They kindly packed up all my items that were in the car into a box and had it ready for me to collect. I might add this is also an impressive building. Greatly appreciated. :-)

Unprofessional and rude.My wife's car was in an accident in June and the car was towed to CBW for repairs. Unfortunately the car was uninsured but it looked like the other party's insurance company was going to pay for the repairs as the other party was deemed to be at fault. However after some back and forth they decided it was not their fault and we were left with the bill unless we wanted to go through legal actions, which we really didn't.We asked how much it would be to fix our 7 year old Mazda 2, and they quoted us over 10000 dollars; close to the value of the car itself. When my wife rang however they said, and I quote; that was just a BS quote they gave to the insurance company"
