Top service.Ordered one night and received a 'thanks for the order' email the next. Tracking emails informed me when my purchase was posted and when it would arrive a scant 2 days later in another state. Happy to give Global Travel products 5 stars!

Great products, great prices, exceptional service.Can not fault these guys..Ordering was easy and the delivery was super fast - can only suggest that perhaps the items be better wrapped & protected for shipping (there was no bubble wrap etc)It was unfortunate that the scales that I ordered were broken when they arrived but the service, communication and turn around time in resolving this issue was outstanding making sure that I had a replacement item before going on my holiday!Thank you for a brilliant experience and allowing me to save money :-)

I had a great experience with global travel products.Their friendly service in conjunction with their amazing products stood out. I especially love their filtered water bottle, it was perfect for travelling, I could drink the water straight from the taps. The memory foam neck pillow- was great for my neck issues and travelling on planes & trains helped the ease.

This is an excellent business to deal with. The products are excellent and the prices are very good. I can’t fault the service either. My package was dispatched straight away but I was not notified by Australia Post that it had arrived at my parcel locker. When I contacted Global Travel to enquire about the non-arrival the person I spoke to got onto it straight away and within hours had tracked down my package. I was very grateful for the help I got and really love my purchase. I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to others.

what fantastic service! i accidentally ordered the wrong colours and called 1st thing in morning and although package was ready to ship the lovely man unpacked it and changed colours for me! shipping was very quick too and well packed. highly recommend
