Can take a long time sometimes but once you know the place and routine it's a lot easier.

Shipping team is fantastic, however a team member from the logistics team ... kirsty or Kirsten sharky was extremely rude at the window to me. but ironically the driver she served before was treated with respect and she was also highly flirtatious!! Searoad logistics - please fix up your staff asap!re:I have said this before and i'll say it again. Shipping team are great and will always be. One of the clerks in the Logistics team is an absolute incompetent rude biggot of a thing her name is Kirsty Sharkey i believe. I asked for direction to get my container unloaded and she rolled her eyes at me like I was nothing. she was upset that I interrupted her conversation with her truck driver (which she seemed extremely flirtatious). Her customer services has left a sour taste in my mouth. I have now told my fleet controller to never send me there again!!!

Took in a pallet load. Was a bit slow, but been several places that were worse, and they had the so called time slots.So I had a feed & coffee as I waited.

Did a great job.

Got there at 15:40 and everyone had locked up and gone home. Says 16:00 close time. Now stuck for 2 days in Melbourne. No one answered any of the numbers I had.
