Unfortunately I wasn’t even able to book an appointment.After sending through a very clear brief of what I wanted along with a photo of my current hair and two reference shots, I had to explain THREE times that I just wanted my roots darkened to match my ends. After several back and forth emails I was finally offered an appointment time in the morning after specifically requesting an afternoon appointment. When I told them this they simply cancelled my appointment and told me to call them to rearrange.I have never come across such terrible communication nor have I had to jump through so many hoops to just book an appointment. Clearly they do not want new business.

I had Sarah for my appointment, amazing with explaining all different approaches for what I was looking to get done, so professional and sweet to talk too, and her assistant were so welcoming and make the experience super pleasant.And That head massage is to die for!!! Thank you girls!

I’ve been going here for a few years now and they never disappoint! I tried to put a few highlights in my hair at home which did not go well at all! I wanted to start the process of lightening my hair to incorporate the greys. Sarah is very good and looked after me well by giving me some foils and toner to soften the look and a trim. The girls give an awesome scalp massage.

I had a wonderful experience at Epic Jindalee with Lochie. He did a phenomenal job with cutting and blow drying my hair. I have thicker, curly-ish hair and am always apprehensive about going somewhere new. I would absolutely recommend Lochie and thank him so much for a great experience!

I was pleased to see Lochie when I arrived as I prefer his service . I find this salon to be very professionally run and there is a warm atmosphere. The cheese and biscuits I enjoyed and my blow wave was very nice.

Karlia was amazing! Best apprentice in the business! She took her time & told me about every little part of the Process. Her manager was extremely supportive & assisted her when needed. There was a beautiful team atmosphere at jindalee & my hair was incredible, karlia did an awesome job & I would book her any day! ♥️
